Northrop Grumman's Future Technical Leaders (FTL) Program is seeking talented STEM MS and PhD (2018-2019 graduates) interested in learning more about their exclusive three-year professional development program aimed at identifying and investing in Northrop Grumman's next generation of technologists, engineers, architects, and leaders. Successful candidates must have demonstrated technical innovation, leadership, and soft skills. U.S. citizenship is required.
