Tracking Milestones
Navigate360 is a student app that helps graduate students track their milestones, ask questions, and request support from their program. The Journeys feature in Navigate360 helps students understand and complete essential steps towards their goals. Designed to extend beyond mere course planning, these Journeys empower students to focus on proactive, forward-thinking milestones crucial to their PhD experience. It will be your responsibility to keep your PhD milestones updated.
How to access Navigate360:
Via mobile app
1. To get started, download the Navigate360 Student app:
o Apple iPhone: Search for Navigate360 Student in the App Store
o Android: Search for Navigate360 Student in Google Play
2. Open the app and search for Georgia Institute of Technology – Graduate Education
3. Log in using your Georgia Tech credentials (same as BuzzPort)
4. If prompted, complete the intake survey so Navigate360 can customize support based on your research and professional development goals
Via web version
Visit Navigate360 and log in with your GT credentials.
Forms
See above ML Handbook for details and procedures regarding forms. Note it is highly recommended to send all forms requiring signatures through GT Docusign. If you need a word.doc version of a form, please contact the ML Academic Advisor.
Coursework Forms
- PhD Coursework Form (DOC - 2 minor courses)
- PhD Coursework Form (DOC - 3 minor courses)
- 2017-2020 PhD Coursework Form (DOC - 5 core/5 electives)
Doctoral Minor Forms
Both must be submitted after quals and before thesis proposal and require thesis advisor approval. Note it is highly recommended to send all forms requiring signatures through GT Docusign.
- ML Request for Approval of Doctoral Minor (DOC)
- Signed by both the thesis advisor and the ML Academic Advisor.
- Institute Doctoral Minor Form (DocuSign)

Signed by both the thesis advisor (as “Major Advisor”) and the ML Academic Advisor (as “Graduate Coordinator”).

- List the ML Academic Advisor as the "Graduate Coordinator"
